Gal. A Performance work by Clare Carswell
Appearing for the first time as ME-WOMAN and using improvisation and strategies of random play, Clare Carswell will perform a work that reflects the inventive and sometimes comedic dialogue between drawing and performative action that she is creating in an ongoing gallery installation for OVADA.

Dinner Party
A performance and projection by artists Katy and Rebecca Beinart
Thursday 8 May, 7pm at OVADA
The work will take the form of a dinner party, where audience members
are invited to take part in a meal prepared by the artists, while
viewing a film showing the preparation of the meal, and experiencing
the artists explorations into Jewish cultural identity and its
connection with food. The performance draws on research and other
works by Katy and Rebecca Beinart which investigate migration, family
history and identity. There will be an opportunity to discuss the work
with the artists.
